I missed it on every previous visit, Sandy, but made it a priority to get there this time! We got a front-row parking spot on a Sunday morning and it was quiet, peaceful, gorgeous. A highlight of the trip!
I just stumbled across your post while checking out book review’s and never expected to see such stunning images. There is a such distinctly European feel to the revival style and palette of the Architecture, I would have never guessed it was San Francisco, thank you for opening my eyes to this!
These make me so homesick! As a Bay Area native, I’ve been to SF more times than I can possibly count and this remains one of my favorite haunts. Great photos!
