Breakfasts during the work week consist of Greek yogurt, fruit and cooling coffee hastily consumed at my desk. But on the weekends? I’m all about oatmeal with fresh fruit, a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon, and some chopped pecans. And coffee, natch. No negotiations.

  1. I love coffee… Cooling as u have called it. Haha that always being my b-fast almost everyday. I know, i know, not healthy at all but a good jumpstarter for me! 🙂

  2. This looks so good! Love the banana/pecan/cinnamon combo (reminds me of banana bread). Random side note – my sister’s name is also Megan and when we were little and she would act crazy (which was often), I’d call her “Nutmeg.” 🙂
