  1. Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your site. Back at school and this is the first thing I check in on when I come in!!! Look forward to visiting some of these places you have been to when we come to visit. Your site brightens my day!

    • Thanks Alex! We’ll definitely have to get to Calvert Cliffs again when you come to visit. The fall colors will be beautiful! And we can always make Spencer carry us back — it’s two miles to the Chesapeake’s shore, then two miles back. Crazy, but worth it!

  2. oh how pretty! I wanna go there! Is it far from you? We’re in ohio, so I probably can’t justify going there and trying to be back in time for dinner.

    • Not too far, Elissa — about 45 minutes. A bit far for a trip from Ohio, but definitely worth a stop if you find yourself in Maryland! We have some great parks around here.

  3. I never would have known that these cliffs are located in MD…first time I am hearing about them. It’s gorgeous! Thanks for sharing these photos…..especially love the lighthouse one!

  4. Beautiful photos, love the weather that day, too…the lighthouse pic is fantastic, great angle.
You two look so happy and natural in the last photos, it’s a great pic!
