  1. I’m waiting for a picture of a pumpkin latte! I finally tried one, by the way, this past weekend, based on your recommendation of course. It might take me some practice to get used to it! :–)

    • Good question, Kathy — at this point, everyone is pretty used to my constant food photo-taking! But in the beginning, I did have to explain to Spence — and everyone — that’s sort of a hobby of mine. 🙂 Now they don’t give me too much trouble about it, unless I’m trying to take photos of their food! And, you know, they just want to eat it.

  4. These pictures pretty much sum up the reason why I’ve gained a few lbs since moving to NYC from the ‘burbs 5 years ago! It’s impossible not to indulge when you’re here…it’s just part of the New York experience. I wish I knew you were here (was this trip recent?!). Next time we will have to feast together 🙂

Mojitos are my absolute favorite alcoholic beverage! And sweet potato fries?! YUM! Discovered those puppies back in high school when I was working at a restaurant. Needless to say, it was love at first bite.

And Pumpkin Spice Lattes are a must-have for my winter coffee retinue. BUT I recently became the recipient of a Tassimo all-in-one espresso/coffee/etc machine so I’ve convinced myself that I no longer need Starbucks. The onllllly exception I’m allowing myself are for PSLs. Obviously.
