  1. When you see places like this, don’t you just fantasize about living there?

  2. I had no idea! What a lovely place. Did you get to go inside?

I didn’t, Juju — I really wish I had! We were with a tour group last spring and didn’t have much time to explore on our own. It’s on my list of places to visit again when I’m in England!

  3. Ah, that brings back memories. Lovely, isn’t it? I love all the creaky floorboards inside. There was a living willow bower when I was there, I hope it’s growing strongly!

  4. I loved visiting AH’s cottage in 2009–one of the highlights of my trip to the UK/Ireland. To bad you didn’t get inside, very interesting.

  5. How lovely and charming.

  6. Great photos! It looks like a fantastic place to visit.

Gorgeous. Heaven on earth for certain!

  8. Great shots, it’s been a while since we were in Stratford. It’s such a pretty town.

Thanks for dropping by my blog and commenting, much appreciated!!

  9. Ditto to Sandy’s comment. I think I could stand living somewhere so picturesque.

  10. What a charming cottage. I would have loved that tour. LOL @ not that Anne Hathaway!

  11. How delightful! The cottage and gardens make me think of spring.

  12. Lovely photos. For one moment, I got confused and then realized you were referring to WS’s wife :)

  13. First of all–your pictures are gorgeous–the coloring is amazing. But who wouldn’t want to live there? Seems a perfect abode for a cuppa and a wonderful book.
