      I’m totally petting a cow — for the first time in my life! Everyone was shocked at how nervous I was… and that I hadn’t, you know, ever touched a cow. It’s pretty rural up there, and this little baby belongs to the Chautauqua County Dairy Queen! (Or some variation thereof.)

    I love this series of photos. The heart stone and all. I had no idea that Lucille Ball was from NY.

    I wanna go there, because I love Lucy! I remember the episode when Ethel runs across someone else from Albuquerque and Lucy keeps reminding them that she’s from Jamestown.
